Phoebe Crandall provides management and resource development consultation to nonprofit health, human service, education and cultural organizations. Her expertise is the result of twenty-five years experience in evaluating and improving systems, empowering and encouraging people, and facilitating the solution of organizational problems and the achievement of organizational goals. Her areas of special interest include community relations, public/private partnerships, strategic planning, outcome evaluation and program development and replication.

She has successfully developed innovative programs to meet community and organizational needs, identified new funding prospects and written proposals resulting in the award of federal, state, foundation and corporate funding for both new and continuing programs.

In addition to providing direct services to community-based organizations as a consultant, she provides training to empower staff and volunteers to raise their own skill levels. She also conducts community training to introduce prospective social entrepreneurs to the basics of grant research, grant writing and establishing nonprofit organizations.

Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a concentration in public administration, from Western Washington University, where she also completed two years of graduate study in political science and public administration.
