Diane Bostic Robinson

Dianne is a results oriented executive with extensive experience in human service administration. Her areas of specialty include strategic planning and community relations as well as board, fund and program development.

Her local work has encompassed Oakland and Wayne Counties. Dianne also has state and national experience having served on state-wide and national Boards. Due to her numerous volunteer non-profit Board experiences she has earned both the Spirit of Detroit Award from the City of Detroit and the Heart of Gold Award from the United Way of Southeastern Michigan.

Dianne has a unique knowledge and understanding of the Detroit metropolitan market with a rich and varied background in not-for-profit administration that includes strategic planning, fiscal budgeting, board development, programs and operations management, and fund development. She has worked at such organizations as Matrix Human Services, Vista Maria and the Federation of Girls Homes before beginning her consulting work in 2003. In addition to consulting with Strategic Partners Inc. she currently serves as the Vice President of the Blackmond Givens Group. 

Dianne currently volunteers her analysis, strategy and planning expertise to Matrix Human Services, The Heat and Warmth Fund (Thaw), and Student Leadership Services. In the past she has also provided these services to the Judson Center in Royal Oak and the Michigan Metropolitan Girl Scout Council, among others.

Dianne’s professional and community affiliations are too many to list but include such esteemed groups as the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Junior League of Detroit, Child Welfare League of America, Council on Accreditation, DMC and Harper/Hutzel, National Association of Social Workers, United Way of Southeastern Michigan and YWCA.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Welfare from State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY and a Masters in Social Work in Group Work and Casework from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI.

Dianne is an experienced human service professional, a proven strategic-thinker, and an effective communicator. She is also a skilled facilitator who can help your organization’s leaders think, plan and execute.
